PAYMENT & SETTLEMENT

We accept payments via Stripe and other third-party payment gateways. A transaction is considered complete only after the funds have been fully settled in our designated account. Until settlement is confirmed, the payment status will remain as “processing”. Access to products or services may be deferred until successful settlement is verified.

PROOF OF PAYMENT & TEMPORARY ACCESS

If you have made a payment and wish to request temporary access while your transaction is still being processed, you may send a valid bank receipt or payment confirmation that has the payment ID/number to our support team. Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, grant provisional access for a limited time. Temporary access does not constitute a waiver of our refund policy or final settlement requirements.

REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of non-use, change of mind, or technical issues beyond our direct control. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
